✨ When do you ship?
Monday - Saturday! If the product is a "PREORDER" It will be shipped out after preorder period and when the stock has arrived to me!
✨How long will it take to receive my order?
United States: 1 week
Canada: 2-4 weeks
South America: 2-8 weeks
Everywhere else: 4-12 weeks
✨Do you do returns?
As of right now returns are unavailable! But if your product ends up damaged or its incorrect please contact me at holybriar@gmail.com so we may work out a solution!
✨Where are you shipping from?
California, USA! Everything is hand packed by me from a smoke-free home! I do have a dog but he does not live in the space I work and pack orders, he does not shed and he is hypoallergenic! (He is also a giant baby!) 🐶
✨Do you ship internationally?
YES! But shipping internationally is considerably more expensive than domestic! Please view shipping rates at check out.
✨Do you ship to the UK?
Unfortunately due to updated VAT policies, I can no longer ship to the UK. I am a small business and do everything on my own; it is something I cannot manage at this time.
